Mr. Tejinder Singh after having a successful 10 years of experience in the Financial Services space entered the printing industry in 2010 and worked grounds-up right from the shop floor to procurement, team management, service delivery and sales, in a very fragmented industry. This led to the thought of “Colors Digital India” (CDI Group) as a one stop solution which took shape in 2017 and registered as a Private Limited entity in 2020.

With a visionary approach, leadership and experience across the segment, he is currently leading one of India’s largest “Large Scale Printer” establishment in India which is a large distribution only framework working across India as well as a few overseas countries. Under his leadership CDI Group today beacons to be the most trusted provider of advanced printing machines, spare parts and inks.

His in-depth industry knowledge and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in transforming ideas into success stories and this has also been recognised by the industry with many awards and accolades.

Ms. Rachna Kaur comes with a diverse experience of managing business development across the financial services space post which took focus in raising the family and now is back to the entrepreneurial world in full rigour and is currently the Chairman for the CDI Group.  She has indeed been a woman leader and ensuring gender diversity across roles which can accommodate the same, including both business development as well as the production floor. With her in-depth understanding of running large organisations as integrated large families, she commands a significant respect across the entire CDI group.

Mr. Sagar Luthra has been an industry veteran in the “large format printers” sector with over 15 years of expansive knowledge and experience on how has it evolved over time. He joined hands with Mr. Tejinder Singh to set-up Colors Digital India Private Limited as a Director in 2020 and with his in-depth understanding he manages the entire business operations piece for CDI group and bears the hat of ensuring that all CDI offerings are “quality” driven ensuring the best and the most innovative components are used in production.

Mr. Naveen Chhabra is another pillar to the CDI enterprise coming with over one and a half decade of technical experience in the large format printer field. With his experience he takes care of the entire technology piece right from the machine components to after sales support. He is widely recognised across the industry as one of the experts when it comes technology or tech support requirements in large format printer sphere.

Mr. Atul Kumar Singh comes with over a decade of experience in finance and currently manages the books of accounts of Colors Digital India Private Limited. His expertise comes into picture to ensure effective negotiations across procurements and ensuring strict compliance to the Government of India guidelines.

Ms. Kamlesh has a wide experience of large format printer field for over 25 years and is a well-recognised name across the industry. She has been part of the CDI Group since inception and would possibly be one of the only women leaders to effectively manage the entire shop-floor of a manufacturing setup. She has been instrumental in ensuring all CDI products moving out of the shopfloor conform to the best quality standards.

“Vanshika” as she is popularly known across the entire distribution setup of the CDI Group, comes with an experience of over 5 years across the channel management space. She excels in managing large distribution frameworks and is a budding women leader of the CDI Group.
